Company history After an industrial accident in 2004,\u00a0resulting in\u00a0the loss of\u00a0my left hand and\u00a0against the suggestion of\u00a0collecting disability, I decided that I would pursue my dream of owning my own business. Trucking has always been a passion of mine. So, in August of 2007\u00a0my wife and I started RLC Star Services LLC.<\/p>\n R – Ralph, L- Luana C- Colon Star – for the star in my wife’s eyes. We started with one truck and myself as the driver.\u00a0 Our Company is based on Customer Service. I believe the customer comes first and I treat them the way I would want to be treated.<\/p>\n Within a year, the business had grown and we needed another truck.
